This review notes that "everything flowed naturally" and that "Eureka and Kondakçi passed...with flying colors". Announcing our 2017–18 Season Inaugural Composer–In–Residence

We are excited to welcome Stephanie Ann Boyd as our 2017–18 Composer-in-residence.

Beginning her Eureka Residency in conjunction with our inaugural season, Stephanie composed Tekton, Concerto for Cello and Orchestra for our orchestral debut on May 16, 2017. New York City-based, She endeavors to write music that brings whimsical worlds to life, that is meaningful to audience and performer alike, and that refreshes and strengthens the creative spirit. Her violin sonata Amerigo has been performed in nearly all 50 states as part of the innovative 50 State Sonata Project, and her melodic music has been praised as “arrestingly poetic” (BMOP) and “wide ranging, imaginative” (Portland Press Herald).
